What if the letting agent isn't happy with something?
Before we begin, we’ll agree the scope of work and provide a fixed quotation. Once the clean is complete, we’ll provide photographic evidence of the finished result, making it easy to confirm the agreed work has been completed.
Should the property be empty first?
Ideally yes — we can clean far more thoroughly with furniture and belongings out. If that is not possible, tell us and we will work around it, but note it on the scope.
Do you clean carpets as well?
Vacuuming is included as standard. Full carpet treatment or shampooing is quoted separately — mention it when you get in touch and we will price it in.
