Visits are weekly, fortnightly or one-off, and quoted per visit with a minimum booking, fixed for the duration of your schedule.

How often should I book?
Most households settle on fortnightly. Weekly suits larger families, pets or anyone working long hours; monthly works if you keep on top of things day to day and want a deeper reset each time.
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, wherever possible — that is the whole point. If your regular cleaner is ill or on holiday we will tell you in advance and brief whoever covers on your property and priority list.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients give us a key or a code. Everyone on the team is DBS-checked and fully insured, and key handling is agreed in writing before we start.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, all of it, at no extra cost. Products are pet- and child-safe as standard. If you would prefer we use something specific of your own, just say.
