Deep cleans are quoted as a fixed price on the property itself, based on size and condition rather than an hourly guess, and confirmed in writing before we start. Most take one to two days with a two-cleaner team.

How long does a deep clean take?
Typically one to two days depending on size and condition. A three-bed house in reasonable order is usually a single day with two cleaners; a larger or heavily neglected property takes longer and we will say so when we quote.
How is it priced?
A fixed price based on bedrooms, bathrooms and the actual condition of the property, confirmed in writing before we start. No hourly rate, no surprises at the end.
Do I need to empty cupboards first?
Only if you want the insides done. Tell us in advance and we will factor it in. Otherwise we work around what is there.
Can a deep clean replace an end of tenancy clean?
Often, but not always — letting agents work to their own checklist. If a deposit is at stake, book the end of tenancy clean instead; it is checklist-driven and photographed on completion.
