Yes, provided the cause is removed. Odour is a symptom — we treat the source first, then use ozone or hydroxyl treatment. Masking a smell without fixing what is causing it never lasts, and we will not do it.
Do you remove furniture and waste?
Yes, through licensed waste carriers with documentation. That matters legally: fly-tipped waste traced back to a property is the owner problem, not the contractor.
What if there has been an infestation?
We clean and sanitise the aftermath — droppings, nesting material, contaminated surfaces. If there is a live infestation, that needs a pest controller first; we will tell you and can work alongside them.
Can you provide evidence for insurers?
Yes. Photo reports before, during and after are standard, and we can supply written documentation for insurers, solicitors or the estate.
